Assalamu ‘Alaikum Every body. Good morning Sir, good morning friends. In this opportunity, I want to tell you all, how to give an instruction. In exact, is giving instruction in using AVO meter and also . Okay, for the first I will try to make an instruction in using AVO meter.
AVO meter or multi meter is a meter which used to measure some electrical parameter. There are electric current, electric voltage, and the last is resistance. So, this equipment is called multi meter, it is can measure multi electrical parameter. Then, how to use this meter to make a measurement ? It is not o difficult. Before we use it, for the first, we must determining what parameter we will measure. There are three choices on this meter. Ohm, volt, and ampere.
For example, if you want to measure a resistance, you must adjust selector switch into ohm meter. And don’t forget, before make a measurement, make sure that you always calibrate it first. By doing calibration, you can sure that your measurement is right on precision point. And then, how to calibrate multi meter as an ohm meter? First, you just connect two terminals connector. Negative and positive connector. Look at the scale board. The pointer will move right. And then, adjust the pointer until show zero.
